These Terms of Service describe the rules of using the Jazz in Poland (Festival Network) platform and the rules of ticket sales for festivals run as part of the 2026 season. By using the platform, you accept the terms below.
The platform is operated by Jazz in Poland / Festival Network, curated by Grzech Piotrowski and World Orchestra. The platform presents information about jazz festivals in Poland during the 2026 season, allows newsletter subscriptions, and redirects to external ticket sales systems (e.g. biletyna.pl).
Platform — the website at jazzinpoland.pl (and its subdomains). User — a person using the platform. Festival — a cultural event presented on the platform, organized by third parties cooperating with the Festival Network. Organizer — the entity responsible for organizing a specific festival and selling tickets.
The User undertakes to use the platform in accordance with the law and good practice. It is forbidden to provide content of an unlawful nature, infringe the rights of third parties, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the platform.
Most festival tickets are sold via external systems (e.g. biletyna.pl). In such cases, the sales contract is concluded between the User and the festival Organizer or the operator of the sales system, on the terms set by those entities. Jazz in Poland only acts as a redirect.
Complaints regarding the operation of the platform may be submitted to kontakt@jazzinpoland.pl. Complaints are processed within 14 business days. Complaints regarding tickets and the course of festivals should be addressed directly to the Organizers indicated in the event description.
The platform operator makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the platform is current and factually accurate. The operator is not responsible for changes to festival programs introduced by Organizers or for the unavailability of external sales systems.
All materials published on the platform (texts, photos, graphics, visual identity) are protected by copyright and belong to the platform operator or its partners. Use of materials requires consent. Press materials are made available under the rules described in the Press section.
The operator reserves the right to amend the terms. Users will be informed of significant changes on the home page. In matters not regulated by these terms, Polish law applies.
