Biography
Ewa Maria Bem-Sibilska (b. 1951, Warsaw) — Polish jazz vocalist and performer of pop and blues. Regarded as one of Poland's most popular jazz vocalists, dubbed the "first lady of Polish jazz". She started her career in 1969 with the Blues Group Stodoła, then fronted Bemibem. Jazz Forum Vocalist of the Year in 1983–84 and 1986–87. In 1997 she received a Fryderyk for the album "Bright Ella's Memorial". In Network 2026 she opens Jazz Jatki Festival on 24 Jul with her original programme "Loves the Beatles" with GP Band.
